These Moderation Guidelines explain how Rate My Adjuster ("we," "our," or "us") manages user-submitted reviews, ratings, and other website content. Our goal is to maintain a respectful, honest, and safe platform while protecting users and adjusters from harmful or inappropriate content.

Content should be:

  • Respectful

  • Clear

  • Relevant to the adjuster or the claim experience

  • Private details such as phone numbers, home addresses, email addresses

  • Claim numbers, policy numbers, or confidential insurance information

  • Personal information about adjusters or third parties without permission

3.4 Unrelated or Spam Content
  • Advertisements or promotions

  • Reviews unrelated to adjuster performance

  • Repeated posting of the same content (spam)

3.5 Hate Speech or Discrimination
  • Content that targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or similar characteristics

4. Review Moderation Process

We may moderate content through:

Tools may flag content for human review if it contains:

  • Offensive language

  • Potentially defamatory claims

  • Personal information

4.2 Manual Review

Our team may evaluate flagged or reported content to determine whether it violates these guidelines.

Content may be removed if:

Serious or repeated violations may result in restrictions or removal of the user's ability to post.
